About RadiFi

RadiFi Credit Union, formerly JAX Federal Credit Union, helps members in Northeastern Florida with consistently low loan rates, credit and debt counseling, planning for the future, and more.

Here’s a snapshot of the credit union at the time of the website launch in March 2023.

OBJECTIVE 1

Bringing RadiFi’s new brand to life

The website reflects the credit union’s new brand, developed by our friends at Strum, with energetic design motifs that carry visual themes from the credit union’s new logo and “Make Waves” tagline across the site. A vibrant color palette and evolved brand voice reflects the verve and vigor of the credit union’s new name. The end result is a dynamic, user-friendly experience that visually captures the RadiFi brand essence.

OBJECTIVE 2

Building a website that informs and promotes

Whether a visitor is looking for information about a product or service, has a question to ask, is ready to apply for a loan or open an account, or wants to explore financial education resources and tools, the new site’s streamlined and highly intuitive navigation gets them where they need to go.

The website includes added layout options to help make content more accessible and scannable. A sticky sub navigation element enables visitors to directly access sections of interest on long-scroll product pages, while new insite search functionality helps visitors find what they need across the site.

OBJECTIVE 3

Creating a partnership for continual improvement

The website is built using flexible WordPress templates that empower the RadiFi marketing team to update rates, product pages, photos, blog, and other information as needed. Moving forward, RadiFi and PixelSpoke look forward to continuing their partnership to further evolve the website and better support the financial well-being of RadiFi members.

In the first three months after launch, more visitors were finding the site via search, exploring opening an account, and enjoying faster page load times.
